PPC Ad Editor has a really useful feature where you, as an Editor, can exchange comments with a Reviewer or client on a project. For example, let's say that you created an ad and you want to show it to your client to get your ad approved and uploaded to Google Ads. I'll detail the steps on how to do this below.

First, go into the projects from your main dashboard:

Next, click on 'Preview' or the eye icon in the Actions section for the project you want to comment on. I will choose a test project - Project Moonstone 4 - as an example:

You will then be able to see a preview of your ad:

Note: The comments box on the right will not be enabled unless you click on the ad (it will turn red). It should look like this after you you click on it:

After clicking on the ad, you'll be able to see a little message box on the comments section. You can add any comments that your Reviewer will see, and you will be able to see any comments the Reviewer adds as well on that version of the ad. Any time you make a change to an ad, it will create a new version and the older versions will remain as a sort of history log that you can view, but you won't be able to edit them. If you want to see comments for any of the ad versions, you can click on "Version" at the top:

Here's what a comment by a Reviewer may look like:

This is why the comments feature is super helpful; your Reviewer will be able to let you know in real-time if you need to update or remove anything from an ad.
